Default Weird Steering Noise--Please Help

Ok so this just started about 3 days ago.

My car is dropped and my wheels rub on the inside when the steering wheel is turned all the way. It makes a noise thats obvious. But the new thing im aksing about is....
About 3 days ago when I turn the steering wheel (Not all the way), just a regular turn, maybe half or a full rotation, I hear this soft sound coming from the steering. I cant hear it when im driving cuz the exhaust drowned it out, but when im just sitting and I turn it I can hear it. It sounds like its coming from somewhere need the motor. Does anyone know what it might be? Please help.

check your power steering pump and/or fluid levels.

+1.... 95% sure it's coming from the power steering pump. Pretty normal for higher mileage cars to have this happening.... that's why it is also common for people to rip that darn pump out!!! My DX never came with one and saves on weight and taking power to run.
