Default registering RHD

Hi,I think there was a person On HT that registered RHD cars, couldnt find the thread where he registered this guys car,but any help would be nice thx

i did a few years back just walk in the DMV first thing then ask the lady on the concierge desk for help...they be tellin you everthing fo sho.
