my doom light doesnt work when i open the door but it does work when i put it on on. i replaced the bulbed and checked all the fuses. i am out of ideas. anybody?

 

check your switch in the door jam . might be the problem.it might be bad and it dont know that the door is open.

 

The connection at the switch is most likely loose or corroded. Take it off and check it out. (1screw) I was having the same problem and it turned out mine was really corroded. I cleaned it up with a little wire brush. Now its good to go.
