Check to see if the injectors are getting pulsed. You use a noid light for this that youy can buy cheap @ autozone or someother autozone type store. If you are a cheap *** you can check with a multimeter but its not recommended. I did dpfi-mpfi way back when I didn't even know how to change my oil, I fucked with it all summer. If you want to be a hack then reply and I'll tell you how to do it with a multi-meter, but I would highly recommend picking up the noid light, I can already tell this won't be your last swap and it won't be the last time you aren't getting fuel.
Get back to us on that.

are you using the gsr injectors?
if so, you need to remove the resistor box or put your stock injectors back in...

you can't disconnect the resistor box, you need to disconnect it, de-pinn the engine wiring harness side of the wiring harness and install a obd-1 fuel injector bus. Look one one of your freinds obd-1 cars 92-up integra or 92-up civic you'll see a junction connector with no end on it. you need that. If you plug the resistor back it the car will run but it will blow the drivers in the ecu and you'll need another ecu.
