Stripping bumper

I got a Sir bumper that the previous owner painted the bottom half to match the car
. Now im trying to strip it and preserve the oem texture, any ideas?




Also what should i use as a filler to fix the scrapes and couple screw holes in the plastic (black) moldings?

Yeah i was planning on using that stufff, i ddi my sir lip with it and it came out perfect. I just wanna get all the **** off so it looks best.
