Default NA build... best approach?

i want to start my build at the beginning of the new year but im not sure how to approach it. i want the best approach with minimal money wasted.

project list

smsp stainless 4-2-1--1050
ib ported p73 im--575
maxbore ported itr tb and im--160
outlaw engineering im/tb spacer kit--100
rocket m22x cams with valvetrain--930
dyno crome tuning--220

this whole list comes up to $3000+

which combination of parts would work best as the first set to buy? im looking to spend around 1500 for the 1st set of parts.

or...

i should wait it out and put all of them in at the same time which would be around spring/summer? that way, i can save on tuning.

im looking for the best $$$/hp possible.

are you trying to do bolt ons? or whatever will make the power? Id suggest changing the internals first, and if your not pushing some serious power i wouldnt bother with a top of the line header, because your just extracting minimal power out of something made for more. pistons/rods, cams/springs.

i would just save up till you have enough and do them at once, b/c by the time you are ready to buy them, the price might have dropped or newer and more powerful stuff are coming out. your list will also grow bigger down the road as well... bigger injectors, better cat. converter, pnp head work....etc it doesn't end bro.

and the fact you keep posting thread about what cams to buy over and over is pretty annoying, and i'm sure there are other ppl will agree w/ me on that.

You've got all these mods to flow more air but you're not touching the head. Notice the problem?

no mention of displacement or compression ratio. How much can we really help you.
