Accord ECM Question
I have 95 Accd EX
Honda dealer mech says it cant read codes and i need new ecm. does this happen?
are the ecm's interchangeable?
i have 37820-poa-a01 will the a51 work?
can i get codes myself without dealer mech?

if you look under the glove box there should be a service port connector ( its like green, red, yellow or some color.. not sure which color though) and it wont be plugged into anything.. get a piece of plain wire... turn your car off but to the ON position.. and using the wire... jump that little service port connector ... as soon as you jump it... watch your MIL (check engine light) and it will start blinking... and see how many times it blinks like if it has 8 long blinks and like 2 shotr blinks.. the computer has a code of 8-2... then go online and look it up
