Default Belt sounds coming from driver side? As well as Suspension prob. (92 GS)

I have this really annoying belt sound that starts to chime in when I drive over about 20/30mph.

It keeps making the sounds for a while then it eventually quiets down, when I decelerate to below 20./30 mph, it goes away.

I was thinking timing belt, but I have no idea how to check or adjust the tension. Any ideas? This **** is getting annoying.

I also have a squeeking sound coming from my shocks or springs whenever I
slow down to a stop. Its not bad, but its noticeable, and annoying

I'm running on Tokico Illuminas with Eibach spings. Front and rear strut/sway bars
