Default Function/Form Type I Coilovers

Ok, I'm not too keen on suspension and have done some searching and have only found a few things on the Function/Form coilovers but seem to have found good reviews and they seem like a great suspension set. Well I'm seriously considering buying these http://www.f2autolife.com/stor...id=39

I just have a few questions:
1) Does this fit the SH?
2) I would like to get into autocross next summer and wonder if these would be exceptional and are they decent enough for daily driving?
3) What is a good spring rate for daily driving/weekend tracking?

Thanks for the help.

they should

good for daily driving....autox, if you want to go a little further you will want a more robust setup. (gc/koni)

3) What is a good spring rate for daily driving/weekend tracking?

thats up to you, everyones driving habit is different. but my suggestion? 750lb/650lb

Wow thats extremely aggressive. I suggest closer to 400-500lbs (I beleive konis can only handle about 450lbs with stock valving.)

you are right. but he said "tracking" and well i can't judge by how much he wants.

the question was failed from the start and the answer coincided with it

right now i'm at 450lbs and feel its a little on the softer side nowadays.
