Default What to use to clean/protect plastics?

What do yall use to clean and protect plastics on the exterior of your car? There's some pieces on the outside that turns white after cleaning over some days. Is there something that will protect that from happening?

Mother's Plastic Polish? 3M Plastic Polish?

wet sand can bring it back if you have some scratches. Ive tried plastic **** and finds it leaves little swirls afterwards.

There's no scratches at all. Just want to make it shine and protect it.
