What are the critical dimensions/requirements for a front disc rotor swap? Apart from the PCD and total diameter. I hear that the thickness of the rotor is critical as well. Is this true?

 

Yes, the thickness is important because you don't want to resurface the rotor past this limit. I don't have the numbers off hand, but can find out when I get home later tonight.

Standard = 21mm (0.827")
Max Refinishing Limit = 19mm (0.748")

<U>Rear</U>
Standard = 9mm (0.350")
Max Refinishing Limit = 8mm (0.320")

 

And this would be the standard for which car? Do you have the standard for a 98 ITR?

Standard = 8.9-9.1mm (0.350"-0.360")
