I think the Skunk2 Stage 2's have been replaced by the Skunk2 Stage 2 Pro's. The normal stage 2's have been showing as 'out of stock' on their website for a while now. By all accounts the 'Pros' are better anyway

my head has been p&p, 3 angle valve job and has FERREA valves, springs & retainers. Would the SKUNK2 pro series work with my set up?

I don't see any reason why not. The S2S2 Pro's are what I'm using for my similar setup, but I'd recommend increasing your compression with pistons etc to get the most out of them

What kind of work do have done on your block? pistons, rods, etc... can i use TYPE S pistons on my SH to increase compression? Do i have to have my block worked to put them in or will they work just fine with my stock block?

The Type-S pistons are just about the only pistons I'd recommend on a stock block, without having to go for forged pistons & sleeving etc. They should be ideal for your setup.

My Lude's going in for the work done in February, I'll be getting the following:

Skunk2 Stage 2 Pro Cams with Skunk2 cam gears
Skunk2 springs, retainers & High Compression SS valves
Multi-angle valve job
P&P head & port matched IM
68mm TB
Type-S Pistons & rods
Skim off the head to knock compression a little bit higher

Firstly, it sounds to me like you know nothing about skunk's cams or cams in general, and you just want them because they're made by skunk2.....

Yes, any cam would work with that, it doesn't matter what you have done, as long as you have clearance you can run any cam you want.

yes, as long as you figure out what sizes your pistons are as of now and make sure to get a corresponding set of type S pistons

i'm 90% sure you're going to want to know how to do that.....so i'll just go ahead and tell you to search

Don't post your FS and WTB stuff in threads like this, we have threads at the top of the forum for that
