I'd go with an OEM belt. My recommendation would be to pick up a timing belt kit from Pro Street.

timing belt is not a good place to nickle and dime, especially since hondas are interference engines. If your car is stock, go to hondapartsdeal.com and buy one there. I would only use OEM Honda.

It does appear the Goodyear is one of the suppliers used for their OEMSPEC kits. I was under the impression the they were factory Honda (and I seem to recall that the one we installed was in a Honda package), although one of ProStreet's three listed manufacturers could very well be the OE Honda manufacturer as well. Honestly, you won't have any issues using the belt and other components supplied in the kit from ProStreet. Just make sure everything is properly installed and tensioned. Many people use them with good results on various setups, including my brother's 200 whp B18C5.

There is no such thing as OEM aftermarket...

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer

Aftermarket = non OEM parts

OEM = parts as they came from the factory.

OEM is going to have a Genuine Honda sticker on it and you can only get them from Honda or that webiste i gave u up there. Don't believe ads that claim that they are OEM or OEM like, those are garbage.

No need for a GReddy belt or anything fancy.

If you're implying that the Pro Street kits are "garbage", you're misinformed.

Some people seem to be under the impression that Honda manufactures the belts in-house, using some advanced technology that other companies in the business of making belts are somehow unable to duplicate.

I'd agree that eBay belts are most likely of questionable quality, especially if they're bargain-priced. However, when you add up the cost of the individual components, I think Pro Street offers a decent deal.

i wouldn't pay too much attention to those numbers, since they aren't even honda part numbers.
