*edit - I searched btw, came back w/ nothing*
OK guys, I have a few questions.
The passenger side window is all the way down and won't go back up. I check the fuses and they are good still, and I checked to see if the window was off track, and it wasn't. This leads me to believe the motor is bad because the drivers side window still works.
I can't seem to find the part number from Acura, I see that they are around $150 new and don't really want to spend that much. It's Thanksgiving so I can't call the stealerships and ask what the # is.
I was wondering if the motor was Integra specific, or if Honda shared a same motor in the civic or something. That way, if I looked at a junkyard, I might have more choices if they had no Integra ones.
Second question - Is it possible to get the motor out with the window up? From what I looked at it is not possible. I was thinking of switching the driver side motor to the passenger side just to get the window up for now. However, it doesn't look possible to get the motor out once the window is rolled up. I think that is why the window drops down when the motor goes out in the first place. Otherwise it would be a pita to get the burnt motor out.
Thanks for your responses, I know it was a long post - just looking for people that have had the same problem
