I want to get some BMW wheels to put on my civic.
I Like these:

They are BMW E30 BBS 15" Wheels Rims.
My question: The have a 57.1mm centerbore. Will they safely fit my civic with its 56.1mm ceterbore? (Key word = safely. Also, they have a 24 mm offset and are 7" wide. Will they rub badly?
I drive a 97 sedan - lowered to remove all wheel gap. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I have been running BMW rims for a while now. As to how safe it is, well it shouldn't fall off. The wheel has not been comprised nor has the securing method. However it might cause and imbalance. You can try to find hub centric rings to adapt it to your hub but I don't know how easy it is to find in your size.
Things to also watch out for are 1) you will need different lugs, 2) the rim might be 'thicker' than what you are use to so make sure your lugs spin on a good 6 or 7 times.
cheers
Oh, and it will definitely stick out. Be prepared for that.

How wide before it is the "wrong size?" Also, I don't think they make a hubcentric ring that is that thin (<1mm), but anyhow. Thanks for the replies.

they don't make a hubring that size but there are companies out there that will make a custum fit hubring( not cheap)......stock fitment would be a 195/55r15 or 205/50r15 tire for your year civic but you have to run a 195/50r15 or 195/45r15 to make sure it doesn't rub when turning the car for clearence issues........the last two sizes are smaller than factory and will throw off your speedo and the don't hold the same amount of weight as the other tires in load range
