Default Help me! What hose is this? Pix included...

I had a bit of a colant leak, and I found this hose that was leaking. there was a little hole in it spurting coolant out.

Here's the pix of it:

I looked on http://www.slhonda.com unde "water hose" but could not seem to find this hose. It went from block to block, not IM to block. I'm very confused...

If anyone could help me out with a part # or link on http://www.slhonda.com I'd greatly appreciate it! I am gonna go to advance auto parts tomorrow. Can I just get a peice of hose with the same inner diameter and use that?

Yes, you can go to a parts store and get a hose for it. It will not be bent like that, but you can use a straight hose.

I was afraid that it would kink when I tried to bend it though...

Straight hose should work. Teh hose will have a "natural" curve in it (from being in the roll). Use that curve to make it work.

Aight. I just thought it should hold a regular, "U" shaped bend just fine... Just not a really tight one.

I'd like to know what was bypassed here. It looks like the hoses to the iacv but you said that its block to block not intake mani to intake mani ? regardless just match it up and dont forget to bleed the air out via the bleeder screw.

I thought so too. I even printed off the diagram and carried it out to the car. Both IACV and FITV hoses were accounted for, but the diagram didn't have this hose...

I'll just get it at A.A. Parts tomorrow...
