Tomorrow is black friday I want to buy new door speakers for my DA while they are on sale from best buy. What size go in the doors? If anyone knows that would help me out alot. Thanks in advance!

I got 5-1/4" speakrs from best buy. The guy told me that they fit in my integra. Are they the right size? I know that 6 1/2 fit but shoild I return them?

 

What year is your 'teg? 90-93 I beleive are all 6 1/2.

6.5's are what are "called for" for the doors of the 2nd gen....BUT every set i have had have had problems fitting in securely i.e. only being able to fit 2 screws in to mount it and having the speaker sit at an angle...thus i opted for a nice pair of 5.25's and never had a problem at all

 

Just make sure of the proper depth with 6 1/2", not much to work with, likewise with the rears.

 

The cone of the speaker is the same as the ones in the back so hopefully they will fit perfect??

 

they should fit ok but the depth is always the problem, not really the diameter of the speaker
