DC2 w/ jsut swapped in LS doesnt want to start
I have a 98 dc2 with a 99 ls engine. Engine will crank but it wont turn over for anything. I've tried jumping it and all.. still nothing. anyone help me PLEASE?
Check the basics first.
Is everything hooked up?? Vacume hoses?Fuel lines? Wire harness?? Plug wires in the correct order??
Did you do a miming belt at the same time? If so check your timing again.
Was the motor running when it was pulled from the old car?

i went the quick way, pulled a plug out, touched the prong to the valve cover and got someone to turn it over with the plug still connected to the wire and watch for spark on the plug. if you got no spark, it's your Dizzy. Trust me man, ive gone through this many times and have gone through many motors. It's usually the dizzy, they are famous for being ****.
cap and rotor kits fix all, but if you got spark.
pay close attention to your fuel next if you have spark
whenever a car doesnt start for a damn, start with the plugs and see if you got spark,
then you check fuel.
then if you got those elements down and are good yet still nothing?
check timing, check and make sure you have the right firing order set up and then if you still cant figure it out PM me
