Default question about APEXi V-AFC and field SFC wiring harness

i did a search and read that it is possible to use this harness with the APEXi v-afc, but when i looked on inlinefour.com it states that it may only be used on obd1 cars, but then has you choose what car this will used with. can anybody clear this up for me, and tell me if it is possible to use with obd2, and obd2-b equipped cars? here is the link to the harness

I'm pretty sure that harness won't work for OBII vehicles or the Apex VAFC. You would have to have the Fields and Apex units use the same plugs and pins, which I highly doubt, and on the inline four website they specifically said for OBDI only. Doesn't look like it would work on either end. If you're looking for a harness for your VAFC, I do believe Kenji on this board makes them. IM him for more info.

I really have no idea why they had that pull down. Bad website construction? Maybe they figure some people have OBDII to OBDI conversion harnesses? I don't really know but I'm pretty sure Kenji makes harnesses for VAFC's cause he's sold them on H-T before. Good luck.

EDIT: Check out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=182109 he has a Field's OBDII harness for sale. You can ask to see if it'll work for you.
