Climate control help, and a question about stripped tranny bolts.

Climate control help its stuck on defrost and floor
To start off my 92 civic hb. The vent/ climate control is stuck on the defrost/floor. It wont move at all to any other vents. The buttons all work and light up when i hit them, I have tried 3 other climate controls. But it just wont work, I was looking for a relay or something in a haynes manuel but didn't really find anything?
Any help on that
