hey my friend has a 99-00 Vis carbon hood that the latch broke on. So you'd either need to fix it for just use some hood pins... $150 picked up, located in 12569 ny. He also has new black housing headlights, they might be legit ctr ones, not 100% sure. If your intrested let me know.
