i got my windshield changed about a month ago, but yesterday i as taking a close look because my weatherstrip was looking wierd in some places, and i noticed that under it, the sealant applied seems to be missing in certain spots, and i was wondering if thats normal (i have absolutely no knowledge concerning windshield installation)

i drew what it looks like, please comment (the situation, not the drawing lol) if you can help!!

If you are looking from the outside, it's possible you just can't see the sealer further back under the windshield.
You can get a garden hose and do a 'leak' test if you have concerns .
