Default Need your opinions

Ive been on the EG forum section, and recently the BB (Prelude) Section. Im getting tired of my prelude, i bought it as a daily driver but its seen more down time than anything. I can write a bad story on how it went to S**t after i bought it but eh. Anyways so im thinkin about getting a car from the dealership, sticking with honda still. I haven't liked any body styling honda/acura has put out in a while, with the exception of the rsx- but this is just going to be my school/work car nothing fancy. I looked on the website and the new civic coupe grew on me like crazy- a 4dr would be nice but i dunno the tail lights dont do it for me lmao yeah im weird. Anyways the price is nice, dont know if ill be going with the Si, more than likely the ex or dx for the mileage honda's known for. What would you guys recommend and how do you like your cars so far? Im not going to go boost it- or build the motor- if anything a nice intake/exhaust combo and thats it. The Si looks very fun, but its not for me right now just seems like overkill for what im lookin for. For those with EX's and the lower models- hows the motor drive, power, suspension. Im weird about buying cars from dealerships- this will be the second ive owned from a dealership, the guys at chevy were ******** when i had my silverado. Anyways some help for a possible future 07 civic buyer would be appreciated. I could easily go to the dealership and ask- but id wrather ask the real drivers- not some salesguy reading lines off the owners manual

google up

honda civic reviews
there are numerous videos on the model even on youtube and google videos

I've owned alot of vehicles and this is by far the safest and best for the $

and get the Si... NOT to just be a fanboi and because i actually own one
BUT moreso that your resale will be higher and it just gives you more bang for your buck

Well, if you're really looking for a daily driving gas saver and not so big on sportiness or tuneability, the EX sounds like the best choice for you. And hey, if you decide later on you want speed, slap on a turbo, or swap a K20 into it.. The Si is overall better than the EX, but its not as economical. Your choice, your money.

i went to hondas website to "build my own civic". I saw the low dx model doesn't come in black, but has white hah. also the dx doesn't come with a cd player as a standard feature. I hear what your saying on the resale value and will consider this. Thanks for the help guys.
