i didn't post the brakelights for sale NOR did i sell them...
someone i barely knew which i met at a car shop was talking to me..
he knows a friend of mine and we talk form time to time.... he
asked me if i had paypal because he knows i do a lot of ebay **** and i said
yea.. so he asked me if i can accept 85 bucks for him... and i did...
i never received a email or complaint saying that i didn't ship of taillights or anything at all when "THRASSIN" or whatever had my email.. or else how would he send me paypal? i have no email saying anything.. i had no idea.. i called cali ek up..... the problem:

POST OFFICE SHIPPED PACKAGE BACK BECAUSE IT HAD SCOTCH TAPE AND IT CAN'T HAVE IT OR SOMEHTING.. I GUESS CALI EK USED A CATRO GLX BOX AND USED TAPE TO SEAL IT UP(A LOT OF IT) AND HE USED IT ON THE LABELS AND THE POST OFFICE SENT IT BAC.. THATS WHY U DIDN'T GET YOUR GOODS.. IM SORRY BUT IT WASN'T MY FUALT.. I ALREADY YELLED AT HIM AND I'M MEETING HIM UP AT A POST OFFICE TOMORROW TO SHIP IT OUT.. IM MAKING SURE PEROSNALLY IT'LL BE OK.. IM SORRY IF U FELT LIKE U GOT RIPPED OFF BUT I WASN;'T INVOLVED...

yes, that's one thing i make sure of. im not gonna completely ruin someone's rep or anything if im not absolutely positive i got ripped off.

 

it wasn't like he did it intentionally, he did say that the post office returned it due to him using scotch tape, it is a reasonable mistake

 

yeah, I ship alot through Post office(non-car stuff) and they are very strict on how the box looks and the packaging tape. some cant even use tape, they have to use that paper tape for certain packages( i think certified of sumthing)

who the fruck said anything about JDM.. Thrashin is a friend of mine.. HE has tried numerous times to contact this guy by email. The address he was given was a false address. we have done some research and found "california ek's" real email address... Everything about this sale sounds shady to me.. It take 5 minutes tops to set up a legitimate paypal account. Why did he need to use hahajoey's then? Also when the money was paypal'd, paypal sends a confirmation email to the account owner (hahajoey) Why did you not receive this?
As for the package, if you are shipping U.S. postal then when you carried it to the post office it would have been inspected.. it would not have shipped half way across the country then only to have someone say " oh wait this tape looks shitty" and send it back... I dunno, I hope he gets his lights, but until then this all looks like BS to me..

 

hey if you didnt know this guy then why did you accept payment for him? also he emailed me on last friday and told me about the post office bs, he still hasnt returned or sent an email in a week. which he told me he would give me the tracking #s, or god damn he could atleast tell me that the **** has been shiped! it takes 2 seconds to email, and all he has to give me are the tracking #s. to me it sounds like hes fucked me over. hey if you dont know him then how bought this you paypal my money back to me and well just forget the deal

i didnt know he didn't mail it./... all i did was accept it.. and give him acsh and have the funds there... i had no idea he didn't send it cuz i didn't talk to him up until yesterday when i read the post....

and please.. realize after i gave him money.. i haven't talked to him at all... its not my fault.... hell i dont even own a civic... i own a bigass suv thing... if i would of known.. but u could of emailed the paypal account u sent money to... if u did i would of known and helped.. or if u posted something like WHY SO LONG i would of read it and helped too.. i didn't mean for things to come down like this and it wasn't my choice nor was it under my con trol of knowledge.. sorry man... i hope u get it asap

I dunno, but it sounds like you're an accessory to this lil incident. Even if you don't KNOW the guy, you are still involved in it. Hope everything works out in the long run...

 

 

it may not be your intend, but u sure as hell are responsible if you accepted the money. please. conduct business properly, not a half-*** job. return e-mails. make sure your buy feels secure. if he doesn't then dont blame him for being paranoid. there's a lot of scam artists out there. people are just sick of it. even if it is only $85.
