hey people my water outlet cover where the thermostat goes does not want to fit ...............it looks like this
and i already went to a junkyard and got another one but still the screw holes don't macth up...............anybody???

 

Okay It's A D.O.H.C. ZC only one screw mathes up so some guy told me to put silicone on it but is this really going to work?

No. It's going to leak.

 

What did you pull the water outlet from? DOHC ZCs are different then most d-series. However, if you can find an early model integra (89 or less I think), those have motors very similar to a DOHC ZC. The water outlet off of that should do the trick.

EDIT: Just looked in your other thread and saw that you got it off the motor I was talking about. No clue what to tell you. I have a DOHC ZC, but it's stored two hours from where I live. I'd give you the water neck off of it as I don't plan on having the money to do anything with it for a while, but I doubt I'll be able to get to where it is anytime soon.
