Here are some pics of the bracket/clamp i made for the bosch 044 pump



I know the welds suck but there getting better

you should check out the custom cnc made brackets for the bosch 044 that bmc racing made.

thats neat,
your welds need practice but the concept and execution are definately there.

so it converts an in tank pump into an external pump?

No these pumps were used on shorockos i can not spell it.

I dunno about this but im welding in a non heated garage and its below 0deg at night when i work

Scirocco. They are great pumps, dumping out about 90psi of fuel, and tons of it.

if it's below 0 when you weld, you should preheat your aluminum, it will make it weld SOOO much nicer.
