Default Building H22 in a Teggy

Waddup guys. This is my first project, building the h22 which will go in a teggy. I bought this 94 Integra mid july. It was an H22 already but the tranny was gone. Second gear synchros were completely done. I picked up the car for 2600. Once i had the car I quickly wanted to drive it so i bought an H23 tranny cheap for 150. I put it in n boom had fun for about 3 months driving around. The car was still a lil messed up, the wiring was horrible n much more. But anyways around the middle of October i dno why but out of no where the car didnt want to turn on. It just made a click noise so first thing i thought was the starter? Me n a few friends tried to clutch start the car but when i popped the clutch nothing happened it just stopped completely. I thought my engine siezed but i dno why it would out of no where. After a few weeks of thinking hard, i finally decided to just take apart the engine and build it. I want to go all motor but i dont want anything to big since this is my daily driver also. What i was thinking of doing was buying some Wiseco Pistons ands Eagle Rods high compression n a dry 100 shot. I was also thinking of getting an f22 crank since i heard more hp. I still have time im not rushing anything. Still saving all my pennies. Any ideas on what setup i should go with? Some pics:

bump bump!! i got myself an f22 crank already micropolished.

low compression pistons?? y? im not gonna be spraying all the time. i was thinking of 11:1 compressions je pistons and eagle rods but my boy told me get wiseco cuz je noises make some weird noises or something like that. not too sure about it im doing my research right now. my block is done i took off everything. im looking for a shop to send my block to but i dont even know for what. hot tank, honed.

any recommendations on what setup i should go with?
11:1 wiseco pistons
Eagle Rods
F22 Crank
i dno if i should sleeve or block guard the motor.
i dno which oil pump, water pump, head gasket i should with. im still looking around.
then ima build the head with crower.
any tips?! thanks guys!

crower retainers are good... but they are .60' thick so therefore you have to grind the rocker arms down, i ran then for over 10,000 miles and never had a problem.
