broken foglight glass
I took my car in to Santa Ana Honda to get my free first oil change, two weeks after they installed my oem foglights. When I picked up my car, there was a big hole in the glass of one of my foglights. When I demanded an explanation and repair, the manager, Johnny Marker, just blew me off saying I couldn't prove they did it, even though they admitted it wasn't broken when I brought it in. So, I guess t's on me now cuz I don't even want to risk making them fix it (they'd probably just damage something else). Can the glass be replaced, or do I have o change the whole fixture? The bulb still works. What will cost me the least to do? And can I do it myself? Thanks for your help.
You can change the whole fixture
HOWEVER...
when you drop your car off they do an inspection of it.
If on the paper they give you it DIDNT have the broken glass
they are responsible

Honda customer relations will solve ALL of your problems. Give them a ring, explain the situation and expect a call from your local service manager shortly thereafter :

I think their customer service is terrible. They also blew regarding the paint problem my SI had. They said they could only go as far as the dealer and regional service manager would allow, which was to paint the most obviously botched areas of my paint job. Otherwise, I would have to go to the BBB, which I did to finally get something done.
Even if they would make Santa Ana Honda do the right thing, I would be afraid that they would just f@$# something else up. Where could I find the parts and instructions to replace the foglight myself?
