speedo jumps when i hit the brakes

Default speedo jumps when i hit the brakes
I bought a civic recently its a 95 4 door when im cruising and hit the brakes the speedo jumps downward and the ABS light comes on for a few seconds ... its like it shuts off for a second and turns back on has anyone else had this problem? and the power doors and cabin light doesnt work ive checked all the fuses but still havnt solved the probelm can anyone help?

ive never had a car with ABS if that was malfunctioning would that cause a problem like that?
