to double check you checked the fuse box under the hood and by the dead pedal on the driver side?

I just had this same problem in my 92 accord. it turned out to be the switch thats in the turn signal, i had to get the whole thing replaced. mine wasnt dinging either when i left my headlights on.

yep sounds like its your turn signal switch. they will likely have to replace the entire turn signal, it was about $130 to have it done. the relay inside goes bad and so the headlights get power first but dont pass it along to any of the other funcitons.

Im having the same problem my turn signals arent working and my hazard lights arent working. the dash indicators dont even light up. I took it to a machanic and they said it was my wiring harness thats rotted out which sounds kinda fishy. He said its deffiantly not the relay(fuse),etc. So what should I look for? because the mechanic quoted me 150, for soemthing that seems like a easy fix. What was the 30 dollar part you got from the junk yard. Any info on this will be greatly appericated.

the $30 part is the turn signal switch that extends from your steering wheel that controls your signals and lights.
