Default greddy turbo kit question. also stock ecu question.

greddy turbo kit was intalled in my 06 si, but i decided to go back to stock, everything got put back correctly but the car won't crank over i am wondering if the emanage ultimate some how erased the ecu program? Also i was having problems with the emanage ultimate before i took it off the car... would not start at that time too. so what can it be?

one of my buddies that is a local tech. and i took it off. but it's realy not that hard to take it off. thats why i did it. but the emanage was messed up and it was reading error codes before i took it off and thats why t's not on my car, cause greddy said they didn't realy know what was wrong, but they sent me an update and that didn't work at all, it stll wouldn't crank over. so i might have to take it to onda and have them look at the ecu

Do you plugged the tap in the oil pan, reconnected all the lines etc etc

I find something very weird here
It didnt crank with the turbo either?

it didn't crack with the turbo in the first place because u got the wrong install instructions from greddy with the kit.

the wiring diagrams are reversed so if u follow them ur car will not start...
that's a known problem...

what yall should have done was contact greddy with the problem and u'd have got the correct install direction...

X be sure u have the right directions on ur kit before u even start.

why it won't start now that it's removed from the car is beyond me... check to see that all ur wires are connected etc etc.

there isn't an oil tap it went threw the drain plug and the sending unit, and the wiring is right, also greddy couldn't tell me why my car would not start so i took the kit off thinking if i go back to stock everything will be ok! well, it's not i think greddys emanage ultimate erased my ecu when they told me to update the program.. and if thats true, can honda reprogram it? or maybe it messed up the ignition coils? but it feels like it's not getting gas, so the injector map onthe stock ecu might be erased?

the car was running for about a week and all the hp was there, but all of a sudden it had error codes and it was saying the injectors were not connected, but they were! then greddy said to put the update in, so erased the code and now it won't start at all, even at stock ecu, this is weird! and i want to sell it for real cheap!!!

well there is nothng wrong with the system, i'm hoping some how i just erased the map on the stock ecu. but some how if the emanage ultimate did get erased who ever i sell it to can get the software from greddy, other than that i spent 3500 and willing to part for 2000 and if i can't sell it then i'll just wait till greddy finds out all there problems with this kit.

$2000 eh? That is very, very enticing. Could I talk you down to $1999.95???

Really I may be interested, and for that price I know you should have some takers anyhow.

How much does the whole thing weigh? (Thinking about shipping costs from FL to CA)

i'll look into everything on the shipping for you. at the moment i'm detailing all the pipes and cleaning everything for a buyer. if the shipping isn't that much i'll include it in the price so it would be 2000 with shipping my email would be bastow86@yahoo.com hit me up if your realy interested.

Yeah you should have a buyer, however, financially right now it wouldn't be prudent for me to buy it off you. I would love to, and could afford it, but I will be in better shape next year sometime. Thanks dude, good luck

Hello There,

anything I could do to help you out here? dont rev past 3k? are you sure you got the wiring back to its origin? I highly doubt the emanage ultimate would cause something bad to your ecu. It's just a piggyback system not a standalone... it has no way of change your stocking settings on the ecu. If you got more questions call me please!

Thanks!

That is weird...My car did that when I first put the kit on and had to change basemaps after the old recall but it was just the guy uploading the base maps fault. I hope it doesn't happen to me when I take this kit off.
