Question for all of you with one of these, I'm guessing the EX/LX single cd player is the same way, how does it hook up to the back? Is there a little add on piece to it? I bought one and can't for the life of me figure out how it connects, swung by honda and they confirmed the mounting bracket is the same so I'm guessing either there's an extra piece that screws onto the back or something of this nature. Anyone have any ideas? If no one knows I'm just going to be ghetto-rigging it in there with the stock bracket and some zip ties + DIY bracket

 

yes the kit from the factory has a bracket that mounts to the back of the radio and drops down to make a mount for the CD player.

 

I had to jerry rig a newer radio into my 95 wagon. I'm still not done. I'm waiting to find and get a remote/slave tape player because yes folks, I still have tapes I want to listen to...plus a couple of my daughter's read along books are on tape.

I do have a slave tape player that connects to older H/A radios..want it? LOL

I just jerry rigged it, I played around with it till I got it just about perfect, thanks for the responses

lol and no more tapes for me I hardly listen to CD's
