Exedy stage 1 vs Exedy OE replacement
Hi,
I made a mistake, i've bought an exedy OE replecement kit for my ITR, does it make a big difference between the Stage 1 clutch kit ? I have the Exedy flywheel too.
i see a difference on the disk spring, the stage 1 are bigger.
Is it worth to install it or i need to resell it ?
My set up is I/E/H, 210hp at crank.
Thanks.

I have an Exedy OE replacement on my Civic.
Alot of people claim it will hold more power than some other company's stage 2 clutches, it's really a nice clutch.

I've had a stock type r clutch and now exedy stage 1.
The Exedy OE replacement is pritty much the stock r clutch. The stage 1 is a little bit heavier and grabs better. Sometimes chatters when cold.
In my opinion OE replacement will be alright...but if you plan on beating up the cluch or getting more power. Just buy the stage 1 at least...cause there not expensive...i'm sure you could always sell the OE to someone.
