Ok so I have a 98 integra ls... I just put a new motor in and it had a check engine light. I noticed it didn't have all the power, so i ran a diagnosis on it. It came up saying that cylinder 1 2 3 and 4 are misfiring. A changed the distributer with another one i had and the rotor, then changed the spark plugs and wires. I also re-did the timing to make sure that wasn't the issue but it still is misfiring... Please help out

 

Did you change the timing belt? the timing of the belt may be off. That's a little extreme but there's a tiny chance that may be it because you are misfiring in all cylinders. Ignotion issues can be a pain so good luck.
