Default which clutch and flywheel to use with 89 JDM sir b16a

i need to get new clutch for my 89 sir and i'm not sure which clutch will fit. i have heard that i should use 90-91 integra clutch. what about fly wheel, i want to get chromoly flywheel. i currently have a centerforce presure plate and a 3 puck ceramic unsprung disk which came with the engine when i bought it.

Integra 90-91 or ee8/ef8 clutch disk
1998 Integra type R pressure plate (22300-P73-025)

Throw in a lighter flywheel since the tranny is removed anyway. I like the lighter flywheel because the engine revs faster and "hangs" on the gas

i got the Exedy clutch and lightened flywheel. very happy with it..grips better than stock and not too hard on the leg. it's the 90-91 teg as mentioned above.
