Drop springs
Im probably going to get flamed but please keep in mind i drive 60 miles a day on pot-hole ridden Oahu roads.
I know ITRs are lowered 15mm's (1/2") form the factory. Are there any drop springs that are approx another 1/2" lower? I will be using it with new (almost) factory ITR struts.

Not that I'm aware of... I'd just get some Omnipower Slipover Coilovers (Utilize stock strut), and lower to the desired amount... Another 1/2" won't question the integrity of your struts at all.
400lb springs on stock struts, no thanks.
Im leaning towards Eibach pro-kits because they only lower the vehicle 1.3" but theres just one thing thats bothering me. They only make one kit whether you have an LS, GS-R or Type R. I want to make sure is what the spring rates are on the Eibach pro-kit and whats the stock ITR spring rates?

Omni slip on coilovers are way to stiff at 448lb/in(8kg/mm) front and 336lb/in(6kg/mm) rear.
I've been riding on H&R Sports for a few months... On stock shocks. Love 'em.
I have some Koni Yellows in my closet, I just need to get some time to actually do the installation. That **** sucks.

What makes you say that?
s-tech published information:
Spring Rate Ride Height
Front Rear Front Rear
kgf/mm,lbs/in kgf/mm,lbs/in
6/335 4.9/274 -64 -2.5 -42 -1.7
h-tech published information:
Spring Rate Ride Height
Front Rear Front Rear
kgf/mm,lbs/in kgf/mm,lbs/in
5.3/296 4.6/257 -44 -1.7 -22 -0.9
threads here on h-t seem to say the following for stock spring rates:
240 front
160-240 back (progressive)
So obviously the s-tech are higher rates (by a bit) and linear in the rear vs progressive.

Why not just get some Koni Yellows which will allow you to lower the car like a maximum of I beleive to be like an inch in front and 3/4" in the back, and then you have new shocks and the ability to stiffen up the ride at will.

H&R OE Sport Springs are an even 1" lowering spring. Below is a horrible angle for showing the ride height but it's all i could find so it will have to do!

shameless plug: I have a set in my garage that could use a new home

According to http://www.kingmotorsports.com the "OE" springs wont work on an ITR.
You will need Sport Springs [HR-29502].
