if u already have a type R motor in your car, its like asking "should I spend ~$1200 for ~200whp(b18c), or should I spend $6000+ for ~200whp-220whp(k20)
If you dont have a itr motor in your car just go turbo!

Assuming you want to put a K20 in an R, may I suggest for the sake of surviving Rs out there that you find a salvage shell to put it in?

When you modify the B18C5 to get the same dyno power you'd get out of a stock K20A(*) + K Pro, you will begin to see some weaknesses in the B motor design.
So if a reliable 220 HP (dyno) is what you are after, I'd go with the K motor.
This is the ITR Forum, though, and people are going to get upset if we talk too much about this.
