I know this maybe a dumb question but I tried to search it and couldn't really find the right answer. I recently turboed my Prelude and I'm looking to change my spark plugs so instead of getting regular replacements I thought of getting a heat range colder plug. The stock plug is 5224. So which plug should I get that is one heat range colder than the stock 5224?

The colder NGK plug is BCPR7ES.
