DMV question??? help
i have a civic thats been sitting in my back yard for 2 years now. its a shell. and the time has come to get it running. but the thing is that this car isnt in my name. i bought it 2 years ago and havent even touched it since. about this time a year i called the dmv and they said it would be about $400 to get the car put in my name due to back due tags. well i know now thats its way higher, not sure how high. so i wanted to know if their is any way to get the car in my name WITHOUT having to pay all that money. like is there some kind of lien i can file??
well a storage lien help???

hmmm i dont think there is a way or they might be another way but you better pay before it gets even higher that is if there is another way to not pay that much good luck
the more you lag on registration, the higher the fees...
and i THINK... that there's no back door to your situation... so you might as well just get it registered now before fees bump up

Yes, there is a way, here are the issues, smog, penalties, and original signatures. Even if you do register it to your name, you will still need a smog before you get a title. Hit us up, we can help!
