probally a crazy question, but i was talking with someone the other day about my car, they were interested in it, and mentiond trading shells, his was black, i whould have done it except his didnt have a jdm front and alot a good bit more miles

so i got to thinking, is there anybody out there that doesnt want there black R anymore, and might want a Yellow R? lookin to trade rolling shell for rolling shell, only because my motor isnt running right now

am i stupid for thinking someone whould want to do this, id be lookin for a black jdm front R, with less then 70k on it, mine has 65k on it now

I guess its possible. But I would never want a yellow one, so you have to find someone that does... Possible, although alot of work involved and the VINs on the engine would never match...

 

if the person wants my motor, to have matching vins they can have it if they want it, its got a spun bearing

i just cant bring myself to paint my R a different color

and if i were to get a black one or to even keep my car, i was gonna put a k20a in it anyway

 

id trade my 00 black for a 98 cw, but not yellow...

 

why don't you just get a paint job I'd never swap with anyone
