I don't have an LS so I can't comment, but I know there is TONS of info on spark plugs around here. Use that search link up there at the top right.
And turn off caps lock.

ngk bkr6e-11 should be fine for you. they are very affordable performance plugs.
if you want a hotter plug then just get ngk bkr5e-11
if you want a colder plug(which i doubt you need, unless boosted) then the ngk bkr7e-11 should do you fine.

That's what I use in my GS-R. I do NOT think those are correct for an LS. I believe LS plugs are a touch longer on the threaded portion.
Yep I was right, according to NGK's website, the copper-core plug for GS-R's is BKR6E-11, with a .052 plug gap. They copper-core plug for the B18B engine is the ZFR5F-11 with a .044 plug gap.

If you want NGK coppers (good deal IMHO, just change them every 10K-15K miles) then use the ones NGK says for the LS engine.
I'm just saying, the LS plugs are NOT the same as the GS-R's plugs.

I always get my NGK plugs from NAPA.
Just write down that ZFR5F-11 number and take it to NAPA and tell them you need 4, should be about $8-$9 for the set.

sometimes its a night and day difference, and some times its not. Don't expect anything from replacing your sparkplugs. Its just regular maintenance like changing your oil.
