is it worth it getting the 240$ cnd for it at the dealer or getting it as a after market here http://www.automedicsupply.com...oogle ???

I don't know what car you have but...You don't need to go to the dealer.
Get a name brand like denso or something that you reconize.
It will save you a few bucks.
