Default Annoying Squeeks when turning and slowing down

My Integra's springs or shocks squeek really bad when stopping at low speeds and taking turns. Its really annoying and i'm wondering if theres a way I can get rid of this sound.

I'm running on Tokico Illuminas with Eibach spings. Front and rear strut/sway bars

Was the problem existing before the suspension upgrades? (from stock)
How are your upper ball joints looking? (worn out, ripped, etc...)

Not sure on either one of those actually. I never drove the car with stock suspension

I'll check the ball joints
