I searched but can not find out what rims come on the 1988 crx si. I see all of these other rims that come factory but i have never seen the rims that came on my crx. I will have access to a camera in about a week but until then can you people post pics of your oem 88 crx si rims.

1988 crx si had ugly rims. Now the 1990-91 had some nice swirlies. I personally like SiR (the you US folks that an Si) or GSR blades on our cars.

bone stock but yet it's got rice-r-roni seat covers, what is the world coming to

 

Hey lay off the $4 dollar seat covers. Atleast I didn't pay $20 for them. I didn't buy them for looks.

That is next....Seats. I have done almost everything else. C'mon give a guy a break! I have been looking at replacements. (If anyone???)

Sorry for knocking on your seat covers bro. Your car looks great, it's clean as hell..just the bra and the oem wheels aren't my thing.

 

Thanks for those pictures, but that was not the rim that was on my crx. When i post pictures mabye they can be identified. They look like a sewer cap.

I suspect you have the optional mesh wheels at the bottom of page.

 

nope it is not those mesh rims either. I have never seen these rims ever before and i really dont like them. My crx was totalled tonight so i will take pics probably saturday.

Aren't they supposed to go the other way, like the 90-91 swirlies? I know the 90-91 are stamped "L" and "R", seeing them backwards always bothers me.

 

R's are on the right. right? The pic is not flopped. Do you mean they are wrong.

I always wondered if they are right. I hate it when the tire shops screw it up, even after I tell them their directional. DUH!

Now I got to pull a wheel and see I guess

 

I just found out I have gold machine finish meshes. I always thought they came on preludes.
