Default RC51's still available at your stealership?

Has anyone noticed any still in stock at your local dealerships? Just wondering...

Yep. Bert's, the biggest stealership of all, still has 'em.

If I had the money and Berts was willing to deal, I'd pickup a new 05 to go with my 02.

call owen motosports in charleston IL. last time i was there they had 4 or 5 in the warehouse and 2 on the floor. they are a big volume dealer so they will give you a pretty good deal and they would have no problem shipping the bike to you. just tell them to leave her in the crate.

while you are waiting get an acrapovic or sato system on the way. the pipes may get there first, in which case you can take them out of the box and growl through them for excitement.

sato is not exactly the best quality.

if you really want to be a baller, get the yoshimura zero one pipes aka moriwaki pipes.

Is that how I'm supposed to hold myself over until it gets here? I've just been playing hours of Tourist Trophy to get by instead...hmmm

Thats what I'm leaning towards...so expensive though! There is one on ebay right now for $1500, the carbon cans and stainless pipes. I may have to roll out on the stock system for a while.

i am sure you will ive with the stock cans for a while. just to let you know though, the workmanship on the acra parts are the best i have seen. it gets my vote.

although, everyone i have heard that owned satos said they got great power and the best sound.

those would be my 2 choices unless there is a moriwaki system out there.

Well, I went and picked her up this afternoon.

Had 2 miles on it...and I only managed to get in another 45 this afternoon. Good news is though it supposed to be sunny and in the 70's the rest of the weekend!

Congrats. I think black compliments the RC51 the best.

Now all you need to do is the pair/flapper valve mod, PC3, slip ons (sato), and a fender eliminator.
