Default p72 IAB sensor

Ok guys i have one for you. Is there a way to bypass the IAB sensor on the obd1 P72. Long story short i bought a p72 becasue i was incapable of waiting after rebuilding my B16. I converted everything over to obd1 using the jumper form Rywire. Currenty Im running a Skunk2 pro manifold which dosen't have the IAB sensor. So what can i do? Thanks guys.

the only thing i can think of is having the ecu chipped, disable the iab's and then raise the vtec point to atleast 5000revs so it doesnt lag.
