Hey, i have a 1990 honda civic si with a zc motor and a t3/t4 hybrid turbo. I got in it the other day and started it up. When it started the idle dropped all the way down to like 200 rpms and barely stayed running. I opened up the hood and the motor was jerking around really bad and there was smoke coming out of it. I reved it up and it sounded like a lawnmower, then i was gonna see if it would drive and it did but there was no power and the turbo was not spooling hardly at all. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong with it.
