I'm lookin for a good set of coilovers for a buddy of mine he's got a budget of $900 what is the best out there for a 2000 civic Si?

Depends on what kind of driving he will be doing. I would suggest Tein SS.

 

he's lookin for street performance with the occasional trip to the track.

 

i have apexi n1 they are really good.. but cost more than that.. so id say some d2 or some omni powers..?

 

my set up is koni yellow struts with skunk2 coilovers i like them alot they're reasonably priced
