Difference between 98-01 oem front lip and Type R front?

Difference between 98-01 oem front lip and Type R front?
Can anyone tell me the difference between a 98-01 oem front lip and a 98+ Type R front? Besides that a Type R front comes on a Type R. It looks the same to me.
