King Motorsports never answer e-mails?
I ordered 4 rims from King Motorsports several weeks ago.
I payed with visa, and got an e-mail receipt.
Still they haven't charged me, and I've sendt 3-4 mails asking what's up, and not recived an answer
I've only heard great stuff about them, but this isn't good at all.
I live in Norway so it's difficult to call them....
Any suggestions?

They will not bill you for the wheels until they ship.
I'll mention your thread to Clayton (aka Ausmith) and I'm sure he'll chime in.

Yep, thats right. Actually the last thing I bought from King arrived BEFORE my credit card had been billed. I had ordered it 2 months prior to recieving it. Dont sweat it.

when i ordered some UCA's they were fine. i was worried at first as i'm in England and there seemed to be a huge delay, but they were spot on
turns out there was a national back order on one of the parts and offered me an alternative which got shipped immediately.

Things sometimes move slowly there, as mentioned some things are not in stock. I'm sure Clayton will chime in soon enough. Just be patient. King is a huge company, who also supports the ITR expo!

Howdy - it looks like there might be an email delivery issue. We replied to you about your order 10/30/2006 at 12:25pm. According to AAI (Buddy Club importer) those wheels are currently not available. They could not provide us with a specific delivery date. You are welcome to keep your order open or cancel it at any time. The email is pasted below for reference.
Thanks - Clayton @ King

Hello-
Thank you for your email. I spoke with Buddy Club this morning regarding
the wheels that you ordered. Unfortunately the QF wheels have been
discontinued. There are no more available. Would you like to choose a
different wheel from our website?
Please let me know.
Thanks!
Scott

Unless the receiver has exempted your email address or domain ahead of time, there's about a 75% likelihood that the AOL server-side heuristic scanner would have Spam-trapped that email.
Unfortunately, the scanner is so good that a lot of people (including MSN) are licensing that scanner.
The combination of letters and numbers in the header, together with the content of the letter, and using Thunderbird as the email client...it all adds up to a Spam trap.

Thanks for answering Ausmith. Must be something wrong with my hotmail...
I was afraid you would tell me the Buddy Clubs where discontinued. I heard that from another company too, but hoped you still had some in stock.
I'll just cancel the order for now. I need time too make another choise.
It's so hard! I'm thinking Volk te37 or Advan RG or RGII now...
Should I send a mail to King to cancel, or can you take care of it frome here?

the company i work for has noticed that many of our clients with MSN and Hotmail email accounts are just plain not receiving emails from the paid service subscriptions (fully solicited) with us each month. The emails we send don't end up in their junk/bulk/spam folders, but are actually deleted by the Microsoft mail servers before ever being delivered to the user account. Microsoft's recommendation to us (keep in mind we do not ever spam) is that we pay thousands of dollars to a special whitelisting company that could help us keep our server IP's off of any major spam filtering blacklists. UBER-stupid.

America Online will take care of this for you if you want.
The heuristic scanners I was talking about do exactly what you are complaining about...the mails are removed without ever being delivered to any iMAP folder belonging to the user.
